How To Use:

• Apply as desired, this formula is very pigmented!
  
• Use the lip pencils on or around the lips.
• You'll have up to 5 minutes to smudge, wing, or clean up any areas as desired.
• After 5 minutes, the formula will "set" and become transfer and smudge-proof.
• Any oil-based remover will remove the product from your skin.
• If re-application is desired, simply reapply as normal and allow up to 5 minutes for this creamy and dreamy formula to set.
